Its important to note here the role of UNHCR, which conducts all activities related to the registration, documentation, and status-determination of refugees. UNHCR cooperates with the Malaysian Government in managing refugee protection, such as the prevention of arrest and detention, as well as strengthening self-reliance through access to legal work. 

Greater Action helps to donate basic household goods, conduct food donation drives, fulfill basic needs, and ensure access to education and skills training. We also combat discrimination and social injustice by promoting inclusion and self-esteem.
