Are you a change-maker passionate about social impact? Volunteer with the Greater Action Team and help uplift Afghan refugee women toward brighter futures. We are always looking for talented people to join us! We have full-time, part-time, internship and volunteer positions available.

  • Event Coordinator
    Own our events from A to Z, bring proactive ideas for Malaysia’s many festivals and opportunities, engage partners and sponsors, coordinate logistics and teams, and maximize the visibility and impact of each event to support the women we empower.
  • Marketing Specialist
    Develop marketing strategies, manage social media, drive visibility, connect with audiences, and help tell the stories of the women we empower.
  • Head of Operations
    Oversee all our activities and programs, including cooking, sewing, and workshops for schools, companies, and individuals. You can ensure smooth operations, coordinate teams, optimize processes, and drive the impact of every program to support the women we empower.
  • Head of Training
    Implement processes, carry out internal training programs, and manage HR activities. You can develop staff skills, ensure smooth knowledge transfer, document training processes and materials, and empower our teams to deliver high-quality programs.
  • School Workshop Facilitator
    Lead engaging workshops for students aged 4–16, using your experience with children to create fun and educational activities. You can manage sessions smoothly, document activities, and help create meaningful experiences.
  • Partnerships & Business Development Manager
    Identify and reach out to new local and international partners, build strong relationships, and drive opportunities for collaboration. You can combine a sales-oriented mindset with PR skills to expand our network and create meaningful partnerships that support the women we empower.
  • Visual Content Specialist
    Capture professional photos and videos for products, documentaries, campaigns, and events. You can create compelling visual content that tells our story and highlights the women we empower.
  • Community Manager (Remote)
    Manage and grow our social media platforms, post engaging content, and interact with our audience to maintain a strong online presence that supports our mission.
  • Canva Expert (Remote)
    Design eye-catching posters, slides, and visual materials on Canva that communicate our programs and initiatives effectively.
  • LinkedIn Expert (Remote)
    Build and maintain a corporate network in Kuala Lumpur, promote our CSR programs and events, and create strategic LinkedIn content that connects us with partners and supporters.
  • All-Rounder Volunteer
    Help out wherever and whenever needed, supporting our activities, events, and programs to ensure everything runs smoothly and makes a real impact.
  • Online English Teacher
    Join our English Academy and support refugee women in building confidence and communication skills. What’s required: Fluent English, No teaching experience required. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, with materials provided.
  • We have full-time, part-time, internship and volunteer positions available.
