Symbolizes the special dish prepared for the New Year, the red rose represents the Rose Festival, and the color green stands for freshness and the arrival of spring. The butterfly embodies a wave of joy and renewal, while the clay jug reflects traditional pottery. The painted eggs highlight a custom observed by Persian-speaking people during the New Year. Finally, the sprouting greenery on the plate recalls the ancient tradition of Samanak, an essential element of the Nowruz celebration among Persian-speaking communities.
